Rachelle Roberts is Director of Investor Relations for 360 Sports, Inc.
She is a member of the senior leadership team, overseeing the global Investor Relations function, including Athlete Client Onboarding and Execution, Press Release Updates, Creation Assistance of Investor Presentations, Shareholder Meeting Coordination, Investor Events Planning, Creative Brand and Trend Leadership, Global Corporate Communications, Executive Development, Maintaining Strong Relationships within the Investment Community.
Prior to joining 360 Sports, Inc. Rachelle was the Senior Designer for the Tile Category at Armstrong Flooring Inc., while also serving as the Women’s Initiative Network Chairperson. In this global role, her team was responsible for creating an aligned and effective organization, enabling 6,000 employees to build their careers, continually grow and develop, and cultivate a strong pipeline of diverse and capable leaders to take Armstrong into the future. She previously started up Korea’s Haan North America into National Retail Market businesses. Beyond those positions, Rachelle held Textile Design consultant functions in fashion and home including Anthropologie and Martha Stewart.
Rachelle has extensive experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with Executive level key decision makers in large multinational companies. Her unique experience includes a mix of broad product development and marketing roles focusing on organizational transformation, incubating cross functional research projects, trend forecast and analysis, editorial presentation to the press, succession planning, employee engagement and performance, and diversity and inclusion.
Rachelle holds a M.S. in Textile Design from Thomas Jefferson University, Textile Arts Degree from Capilano College, Vancouver, BC, and a B.A. in Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University, Langley, BC. She maintains citizenship in both her native Canada and the USA.
