Prior to forming 360 Sports, Inc., our management team took a systematic, long term view of creating a sustainable business model in the sports management industry. 360 Sports, Inc. is managed by highly experienced professionals with backgrounds in law, education, real estate, entrepreneurship and sports management.
We understand that in order to carry out our mission, we must build a strong financial foundation in order to scale quickly. The foundation consists of a realistic revenue generating model that allows us to phase into our ultimate goal of building sports complexes, operating our own leagues and managing the sales of goods and services to our customers. We've created a corporate governance program as a set of standards to grow by. Corporate governance is defined as our system of rules, practices and processes by which our company is directed and controlled.
The intention of our governance program is to balance the interests of the many stakeholders we are preparing to grow our company. Our stakeholders include, most importantly, the millions of athletes we plan to support, their families, our shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government and each community where we have a presence.
Our corporate governance program is intended to provide the framework for attaining our objectives. We do as much as possible to encompass practically every sphere of management, from action plans and internal controls to performance measurement and corporate disclosure.
